Buff Review Show- Wii Shouldn’t Be Surprised

Oh how I miss bodily function related puns… Bless you Nintendo!

Anyway, it had to surface eventually, but the leaked “Nintendo Meeting” video that appeared on the web a few days ago is actually a fake. But not just any old fake.

This was a task set before the students in France who put together the video: they had to create a realistic looking video with the intention of it going viral and getting at least 5,000 hits, a feat the resulting video actually managed to do about 600,000 time over. This video has been shown on hundreds of gaming websites and forums across the planet in the past few days, but speculation still exists on the matters surrounding the video, IE the existence of the touch-screen controller, which may or may not now have cameras on it (very 3DS like) and the commonly seen picture of what the console actually looks like. Personally I think it looks like a BT Router with “Nintendo” scrawled across it, but I guess this is the company that made a console that looked like a purple lunchbox.

With the varying rumours floating around at the moment, and E3 just around the corner, what else is going to come out of the woodwork for Nintendo’s new home console, codenamed Project Cafe, before June 7th? Stayed tuned for more news as it happens.

About buffreviewshow

I should probably fill this out at some point tonight, but for now, just imagine a curious mixture of Graham Norton, Stephen Fry and Alan Rickman in a 22-year olds body. On second thoughts, eww... Ok just think of a dog wearing a fez until I get something written here.
